Troy Koski and his wife Rhonda are long time residents of the Tri-City area. Rhonda has been in the Prescott area for more than 35 years and Troy has been here since 1982. They were married in 1987, have 2 children and now live in Chino Valley.

TDK Comfort Systems, Inc. was formed in 2000 from their home and later was located in a shop on their property in Chino Valley. They now have a thriving business on Highway 89 in Chino Valley. Their business has grown from just the two of them to more than 30 full time co-workers.

They attribute their growth to faith in God, determination and the attraction of key personnel. They have a diverse mix of Residential, Commercial and Industrial type work which enables them to provide a vast array of experience for any project. There is a full sheet metal shop and service department for any type of heating or cooling related project.

TDK Comfort Systems specializes in radiant floor heating for both new construction, as well as retrofit. Our Mission is to provide the Tri-City area with a quality heating and cooling company who does everything possible to make our customers more comfortable in their home or work environment. Our slogan is “We’re not comfortable until you are!”

Daniel Moore, Comfort Consultant joined the TDK Comfort Systems staff in 2003 as a full time maintenance technician. He became a Certified Comfort Consultant and his areas of expertise include sizing and load calculations for homes, job starts and equipment ordering, customer systems financing, APS and manufacturer rebates, to name a few. He graduated from RSI Institute in 1996 and worked in the metro Phoenix area at an HVAC company for 7 years before moving to the Prescott area.

Curtis Heuer, Service Manager, began his career in the heating and air conditioning industry in 1983 after graduating from Refrigeration School, Inc. in Phoenix. He worked in the Phoenix area for 18 years, 12 of which were at a hospital in Scottsdale. Curtis moved to the Prescott area in 2000 and joined the TDK Comfort Systems staff in 2003. In 2005, he became the Service Manager, which includes the daily responsibilities of the service department, as well as working with the office staff and customer service. Curtis provides staff training and orders parts for all the TDK jobs.

IN LOVING MEMORY Diane Schoenfeld, Dispatcher,began her HVAC career in 1990 as a bookkeeper, quickly learning the concepts of heating and air conditioning and adapted well to the service side of the trade. Diane joined the TDK team in 2007 as our dispatcher for the service department and has earned the trust and respect of our customers. An almost life-long resident of the Prescott area gives her a vast array of knowledge to assist in the scheduling of our HVAC professionals.

Eric Burns, Lead Installer,began at TDK in 2004, after 20 years of construction experience and 10 years in the HVAC industry. His college background includes an undergraduate in architecture and drafting design and course study in construction technology and job site preparation. He is also certified and a member with the Arizona Builders Alliance. Eric is one of the top HVAC retrofit installation technicians in our area, with experience in various heating and cooling systems, plus hydronic systems that include high effeciency boiler piping, radiant heat, solar hot water and radiant base board heating systems.
