Troy Koski and his wife, Rhonda, have been long-time residents of the Tri-City area. Rhonda has been in the Prescott area for over 35 years, while Troy has been here since 1982. They got married in 1987 and now reside in Chino Valley with their two children.
In the year 2000, TDK Comfort Systems, Inc. was established by Troy and Rhonda from their home. Later, they moved to a shop on their property in Chino Valley, and today, their thriving business is located on Highway 89 in Chino Valley. Over the years, their team has grown from just the two of them to more than 30 dedicated full-time co-workers.
