In the year 2000, TDK Comfort Systems, Inc. was established by Troy and Rhonda Koski from their home. Later, they moved to a shop on their property in Chino Valley, and today, their thriving business is located on Highway 89 in Chino Valley. The success of TDK Comfort Systems can be attributed to their faith in God, unwavering determination, and the attraction of exceptional personnel.
It is with heavy hearts that they announce Rhonda’s passing in 2023 from ALS. In the near future, Troy will pass the company to his son, Jacob Koski, and his wife, Mieke. He is excited to pass down the legacy of a second-generation family business. Jacob was born and raised in Yavapai County and has extensive knowledge in the HVAC industry, having worked alongside his father for 20+ years. Jacob and Mieke have two wonderful kids and love raising them in a small town. They look forward to expanding their legacy by integrating new technology and innovations to better serve their clients. They are more than a business; they are faith-based and future-focused.
